Safe Home Services SMS program

What messages you may receive: messages related to a service request, quote, scheduling, appointment confirmations or changes, service updates, follow-up questions and other customer-care communications related to services you requested or received.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service request and interactions with Safe Home Services.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in through a website form, the SMS checkbox is optional and must be selected by you. You may also initiate a text conversation with Safe Home Services or provide consent through another documented method.

Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. We will honor your opt-out request.
