A full two-story gutter cleaning, major repairs, or licensed trade work (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing) aren't part of the 90 minutes — they vary too much to bundle fairly. If we spot something, we'll tell you straight and quote it separately. No pressure.

If you have other small jobs on your to-do list and we have time left, have any special parts or materials for those jobs ready. If the work is within our scope, we'll use the remaining time to help check those items off too.
